For an affordable annual fee, you can receive the kind of VIP treatment and security of having a healthcare provider for your child who takes the time to get to know you, helps your child stay healthy, and is there for you and your family when your child is sick.

- Office visits – up to 12 per person per year

- EKG
- Rapid strep
- Rapid influenza/RSV
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Urinalysis
- Urine pregnancy
- Laceration repair
- Skin tag/mole removal

- Nebulizer treatments
- Ear wax removal
- Pelvic exams

Yes, we do accept non-members and uninsured patients for in-office visits! Appointment space is limited.

- Acute Sick Visits: $225/visit
- School Physicals: $150/visit
- Comprehensive Exam Package: $650 (Includes initial exam, lab orders + review, treatment plan, and a telehealth follow-up.)
- Three Month Recheck: $350 (Includes follow up labs and medication management—updates + refill.)
(Please note: Non-members who reschedule after 3 PM, no show, or cancel are subject to a $75 fee.)
