I can assist you and your family in-office from 8 AM to 3 PM daily. I am available 24/7 via call or text to all members, and can be readily scheduled for personally accommodating appointments after hours in-office or at-home.
If you or a family member is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911 Emergency Medical Services immediately. DO NOT WAIT! In such event, any member may inform emergency room medical staff that they are a patient of Carmen Litzler, PA. Please call or text our services afterwards. Thank you.

At this time, Concierge Pediatrics of SWFL is not accepting insurance. Please call or text (239) 565-0978 with any questions regarding monthly/yearly rates and discounts.
If our provider suggests a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible.
Some referrals require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.
Carmen Litzler, PA, is a trusted provider in the pediatric emergency department of The Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. She has been affiliated with the LeeHealth hospital system for several years.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Carmen Litzler, PA, may be issued during our regular office hours (see above). As a member, you can make requests in advance by calling our office at (239) 565-0978.
Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as access to all medical records is limited during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy. Thank you.
